The long awaited next messy church will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday 23rd of June. This will be celebrating the colourful world God has given us. We will be doing this by looking at the story of Joseph and his coat. Yummy treats will accompany activities. Paint bombs will also be available in advance of the Church clean up immediately after.
If you would like to help in the preparation, or in helping at the event please contact Chris the Curate.
Thanks to Everyone who turned out to our epic Easter Messy Church. A really big thank you to all the helpers who put in Hours of preparation to make the day so enjoyable. Around 25 young children accompanied by parents and Grandparents overall about 60 people heard and celebrated the Easter message together.
Children made Chicks and bunnies before hearing the Easter story read from an egg box (you had to be there). The Easter egg hunt was Eggshausting, with serious egg hunters being well rewarded. The Decoupage characters were amazing and our edible Easter scene was devoured by many with ice cream.
Thanks too to the behind the scenes workers in the Kitchen. Everyone shared a meal to finish with. Plenty of Easter bonnets and bags made Ascot look tame as the tiny eggsters headed off home to munch on their spoils.
