Registered Vestry Declaration form. The current Register of Vestry Members is open for review as of the 22nd January 2020. Parishioners, over the age of 18, in St Mark’s that are not on the list, may fill in a form of declaration form, as above, and hence be included on the list. There is a Diocesan requirement that all, registered or those claiming to be registered, must subscribe to the funds of the parish in an identifiable manner. That can be through Standing Order, Free Will Offering Envelopes, a cheque, a donation in an envelope with your name printed, or through a cash donation that is receipted by the administrator. Forms of declaration are available above to print, complete and return to the office or from the Parish Office and the Rector. Signed forms must be in receipt no later than at the review meeting on Monday the 22nd February at 7.30 p.m. on Zoom. Forms should be returned to the Parish Office. Please note that only those that are on the Register of Vestry Members have voting rights at the General Easter Vestry Meeting and can stand for office as a Select Vestry Member and a Church or Glebe Warden. We would like to encourage parishioners who not already are on the register to fill in the relevant form. Thank you.
